  • What is your rental rate?
    Non e-Bikes: $75/day E-bikes: $125/day 2 bike 1Up carrier: $40/day 7 bike Velocirax carrier: $75/day 5 bike truck Pad: $30/day Helmets: included with rental
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental time. If you cancel within the 48 hour window, we will charge $50/bike.
  • Do I need to sign a waiver?
    Yes. Please read through our Online Waiver, then sign and submit it. This needs to be completed before picking up your bike(s).
  • What kind of bikes do you rent?
    We rent full suspension mountain bikes in both adult and youth sizes. We offer both electric and non-electric bikes. You can check out our Booking Page to see what brands we carry, the sizes options in each, and make your reservation there.
  • What forms of payment do you take?
    We accept all major credit cards. You may also pay in cash or Venmo, but ALL RENTALS require a valid credit card and matching ID to be kept on file in case of major damages, and lost or missing rental equipment.
  • What does it take to rent a bike?
    A valid credit card will be required to make a reservation. Must be 18 to rent. Please be ready to show a matching ID upon arrival to pick up your bike(s). You will also need to fill out a waiver for each person who will be riding one of our bikes before arriving to pick up your rental. You can find the online waiver here.
  • What is the rental process like?
    We make it super easy! You can reserve your bike(s) online using our Booking channel and let us know if you need a helmet, rack, or any other extras. Once your reservation is confirmed, please fill out and sign the online waiver before you arrive to pick up your rental. Please plan to pick up and return your bike on the same day. We offer extended hours, allowing you to pick up as early as 7am, and drop off as late as 10pm, so that you can enjoy the bike for a full day. When you pick up the bike, we will check your waiver, then make sure your bike is the right fit. We'll get you fitted with a helmet if you need one, answer any questions you might have about your bike, give you trail recommendations if you're looking for some, and send you on your way to have a blast on the trails. When it's time to return your bike and other equipment, please shoot us a quick text at 435.319.0974 to let us know you're on your way so we can make sure we have someone ready to receive the bikes. We'd love to know you're coming at least 30 minutes ahead of time please. :)
  • Do you provide helmets with rentals?
    We sure do. You're welcome to bring you're own, but we have helmets for you, which are included in the rental price.
